Enamogrip 5000

ENAMO GRIP 5000 is a two-part aliphatic, polyester/polyurethane enamel available in clear and colors. Already having a urethane backbone, the ENAMO GRIP 5000 formula also contains a “saturated” polyester. This blend forms a uniquely hard and extremely durable coating film, which demonstrates unsurpassed semi-gloss and color retention, as well as chalk resistance when used in exterior applications. It is resistant to water and humidity, stains, acids, solvents, and chemicals, as well as having tremendous scuff, mar and impact resistance. ENAMO GRIP 5000 will self-level to an even and smooth finish. It has a high cross-link density which leads to higher chemical resistance and more internal flexibility of the coating film. ENAMO GRIP 5000 represents the optimum chemistry t at is light stable (UV resistance) yet still provides outstanding acid and alkali resistance. ENAMO GRIP 5000 is used for applications for pH values between 5-14.

Rustgrip Floor

RUST GRIP® is a tough, one-part, moisture-cure polyurethane coating that absorbs atmospheric moisture to cure.  RUST GRIP®  is  loaded with a metallic pigment for strength and is also resistant to chemical solvents and acid splash. Upon curing, RUST GRIP® provides a protective coating film of superior adhesion and flexibility, and is resistant to abrasion and impact. RUST GRIP® can be used  as  a primer or as a one-coating system. RUST GRIP® dries to the touch very quickly and fully cures to a tensile strength of 12,000 psi after 21 days. Ideal to prevent concrete from cracking or in traffic areas.

SP Interlock

SP INTERLOCK is a concrete “conditioner” for use on aged and weathered concrete. It is a comb nation of non-acidic water-soluble agents, which penetrate through the open pores. Once absorbed, SP INTERLOCK works to replace lost solids within a concrete surface before being over-coated with Rust Grip®, Enamo Grip, or other coatings.

Total Seal

TOTAL SEAL is a two-part epoxy coating system that has been specifically designed with specific additives to promote adhesion when used on concrete and masonry. TOTAL SEAL was developed to be applied to surfaces that have hydrostatic pressures and moisture mitigation. It is a water repelling epoxy for use under water or in areas where constant splashing or condensation is a problem. It is resistant to chemicals and solvents, and can be applied directly to concrete, masonry and wood.

WBE 2

WBE2 is a clear or pigmented 2- component water based aliphatic epoxy formulation with excellent chemical and UV resistance. WBE2 has great adhesion to most substrates such as concrete, metals and asphalt. There is no odor or vocs allowing it to use for inside applications. It is available with 50% nano size glass filler , anti static , anti-microbial, and anti-corrosive additives. WBE2 can be used as a primer and can be diluted with 25% water to penetrate porous concrete. WBE2 dries to a high gloss top coat . The glass filled dries to a matte finish with a nonskid finish.

WBE2 dries very fast depending on temperature , humidity and thickness. Typical drying times are 15 minutes with up to 8 hour pot life. WBE2 may be sprayed, brushed or rolled. Rolling should be done with a short knap roller. Typical use temperatures are between 25-150F . Full cure should be 24 hours.
